Here is some basic information about newly revamped classes at our commercial kitchen in the heart of Milwaukee...
Typical small group classes at our small commercial kitchen are entirely hands on as we go through each step and technique at an appropriate social distance, of course. The class maximum size is 4, but larger groups (up to 10 people) can work in teams. Everyone goes home with their own fresh French macarons and a fabulous recipe for the home baker. Classes usually run about two hours, with a brief interlude during baking and cooling which presents a perfect time for a light refreshment if you care to bring something along. Masks and gloves will be provided, please bring your own apron.
